Serial No. 797510 New - 1994
OVERVIEW T-200:
The T-Drill method of pipe branching is applicable to almost all malleable
materials including Stainless Steel, Cu Ni, Aluminum Alloys & Copper. It is
an automatic branching machine that produces consistent, high quality outlets.
PROCESS:
1. The run pipe is manually clamped into the carriage assembly and moved
underneath the milling/collaring head. The operator acknowledges the control
settings and initiates the start cycle.
2. An elliptical pilot hole is cut in the pipe. Both diagonals of the
elliptical hole can be adjusted separately up to a max. pilot hole size of
8.27" x 6.1".
3. The T-200 System then calls upon the forming pins of the collaring
head which are extended and the collar is formed.
4. The collar is trimmed in a mill facing operation to the desired height.
5. The pipe is repositioned or replaced and the cycle can begin again.
