GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Machine is provided with five CNC-Servomotor Controlled Slides controlled
by two CNC Head Units:

CNC System's Head #1: 
Regulating Wheel Dresser Infeed Slide................................X1-Axis
Regulating Wheel Dresser Traverse Slide .............................Z1-Axis
Regulating Wheel Lower Slide.........................................Y1-Axis

CNC System's Head #2:
Grinding Wheel Dresser Infeed Slide..................................X2-Axis
Grinding Wheel Dresser Traverse Slide................................Z2-Axis

In addition, an AC Spindle-Motor controlled by the CNC System is adopted
to drive the Regulating Wheel Spindle.

The Machine offers the Automatic Compensation Functionality to maintain the
part O.D. within the specific tolerance and the Automatic Dressing
Functionality employing the FANUC CNC System, the Post-process and In-process
Gage System, or the Preset Counters. In the continuous automatic operation,
the CNC System will regulate a period of sparkout in the grinding cycle, while
the In-process Gaging System is activated to measure the O.D. of the part to
be ground to control the O.D. dimension. The CNC System will regulate, or
shift, the Regulating Wheel Lower Slide to compensate the grinding wheel's
wear rate according to the output signal of the Post-process Gage System or
the Preset Counter, and the preset data programmed in the CNC System.
